Jono Bull embarked on his entrepreneurial journey with a squeegee and a vision at the age of 18. In 1994, armed with flyers and the determination to knock on as many doors as possible, Jono launched his first window cleaning business. Specialising in cleaning shops and houses, he quickly learnt that to survive in business you need to pay attention to the details. This was just the beginning of what would become a long career in discovering the pitfalls of entrepreneurship and overcoming them with sheer will and perseverance.

By the age of 21, Jono had sold his first business, embarking on a period of travel and self-discovery that broadened his perspective. Returning with renewed energy in 1997, he launched his second window cleaning business, applying the lessons learned from his initial venture to scale it to success before selling it in 1999.

Throughout his career, Jono has launched and successfully sold multiple businesses, each reflecting his growth as an entrepreneur the obstacles he’s overcome and his innovative approach. After his adventures in window cleaning, Jono ventured further afield. In 2001, he grew and sold a fine Amber jewellery business, expanding his expertise beyond service-based businesses. This journey of exploration continued in 2004 with the creation of Up on Google, a digital services company he led until 2009, this forward-thinking business rode the wave of search engines massive growth and taught Jono many lessons along the way.

In 2005, Jono returned to his roots with El Toro Window Cleaning, a business that has grown through many challenges and faced many pitfalls. El Toro Window Cleaning has now grown into a industry leading business that exemplifies the best in customer service and operational efficiency.
